Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe with Rotisserie Chicken

Y'all, this is the recipe. I call it a warm hug in a bowl. The one my girls ask for when it's cold outside, when someone's not feeling well, or honestly... just because. And the best part? It starts with a rotisserie chicken — which means half the work is already done for you, cher.

This is pure pantry pull magic right here. One rotisserie chicken goes a long way in this house — I usually stretch it across 2 to 3 meals, and this soup is always one of them. Big pot, simple ingredients, and about an hour later you've got something that tastes like it simmered all day.

The trick is in the base. Dice your celery, onion, and carrots (or grab the pre-chopped bag — no judgment here, momma's busy), get your pot hot with a drizzle of olive oil, and let those veggies soften with your garlic, salt, and herbs. That's where all the flavor starts.

Then you shred your chicken, pour in your broth, bring it to a boil, add your egg noodles, and let it all come together on low-medium heat for about 30 minutes. Season as you go, taste as you cook, and make it your own.

Simple. Stretchy. Soul-warming. That's how we do it around here.
